Melbourne Cup with the locals
... you ever travel in Tasmania.
We camped for two nights behind the Bruny Is Hotel at Alonnah and enjoyed late afternoon drinks listening to the towns’ local gossip. The other reason for staying here was because our second day was Melbourne Cup Day and the weather had changed for the worst. Time away from the kitchen for me and we all enjoyed local seafood and wine lunch whilst we purchased sweep tickets – 10 to be exact, ...

This proved to be a very good choice and the drive up into the mist covered mountains was fabulous. ...
Life in a Hostel
... tegenzin heen.
