We were all exhausted from our sunny day on the bikes and the already 5 hour journey to get to the train station that shortly after we boarded we made our beds and settled in for the night. ... We also did a yoga class here that lasted an hour and a half and stretched our bodies In ways I didn't think was possible. I've never sweated so much in my life and my body has only just recovered writing this days later. The girls felt energised by yoga and are keen to try it again. I will stick to my running! We left Goa on another night bus this time heading for Mumbai ready for Holi festival. -Sorry for the long entry. They won't all be like this. Goa was one busy ...
