... for dinner. They were having a crate race at the time and it was fun to see the kids race across the lobster crates in the water. Most of them didn’t make it more than a handful of crates, but there was one little girl who ran back and forth 10 times without falling in. We are thinking this would be fun to build on our pond for Odin and Noah to try.

... stopped at a roadside stand and bought Maine wild blueberries. They are delicious. We also bought some fresh strawberries. I plan on making some shortcake tomorrow.

... rocks. The sky looked ominous threatening more rain. I took a few photos and it was about 4:20. We left for the boat dock because the boat from Nebo Lodge would pick us up at 5. By the time we got to the boat dock, the rain started again. The nice young man was already there waiting for us, with a little open boat. ... manager (or owner?) immediately brought them menus. He passed us right by and paid no attention to the fact that we were just sitting there with nothing in front of us. Finally our waitress came. Guess who she was? Sarah! Phil's daughter! She served us and did a decent job.

... have much preferred leaving her at home and get the dog sitters to take care of her, leaving her most of the time by herself worries me. Plus the fact that the Rosie situation makes it difficult for the dog sitters to walk her, which worries me even more. Boarding her at a kennel like All Dogs Gym makes me feel more at ease, as I'm sure she will be well taken care of and safe there. She got the deluxe package so she will be fine.
