... city with lots of history. Standing on their balcony, you can see into Belgium in on direction and to Germany in the other. Quite a unique little corner of the Netherlands. We were treated to wonderful home-cooked Dutch cuisine and had a fun time catching up after some ten years since they visited us in Canada.

... and lunchless. Eight miles later we arrived at the Oirschot campsite at our lunchtime (2pm) to find that the site was technically closed. However, the "babysitters" were summoned by intercom and after some mis-communication they let us in for €18. It's a smallish but well-organised Dutch site. ... Gonna be a long day!! We walk to our bus and luckily find the right station. The bus shows up, we get in and are relieved to be sitting in this air conditioned bus for the next 2 hours! Nice ride! We arrive at the concert and its at this giant open park and it's beautiful. It's also scorching hot and humid. Luckily there are plenty of spots with shade so we spend most of the time laying in the grass and drinking some beers. It reminds me a lot of Coachella. They ...

... an easy grab under a bridge, then finally, I get to volunteer Amanda for something...CP3 is up a rope ladder, under another bridge...her nimbleness nabs it easily.
