Just a few minutes ago I have received my E-Tickets for the trip to the United States of America.
My enthusiasm is getting bigger and bigger and we're still 21 days left till departure..

A couple of days ago I decided to book a SuperShuttle from Newark to JFK. Instead of a cab, I choose to book one due to the costs (15$) and for the experience. On my ...

O'Shea's is my second favorite hotspot after the bookstore. Lots of expats and tourists hang out there and people seem pretty chatty! I left the apartment today around 10AM (progress!) and decided to bike along the outskirts of the city. Hey, why not? While on my bike, ...

Idyll in Eindhoven

We spent the trip from Groningen to Eindhoven debating about my master plan to see Geoffrey in Cologne or Mainz. It isn't as easy as it looks on the map. First of all, the trains are not entirely cooperative. Late bookings on fast trains are pricey, but slow trains, aka stoptrains, take literally all day as they are commuter trains which stop at every station. Secondly, trains to and from Eindhoven all want us to go north to Utrecht before heading into Germany. Um, no. ...
