... of lightbulbs. Sadly as of Saturday 6th it appears to be a construction site, which is weird as people were reviewing it online as late as yesterday. My hidden lightbulb fetish is going to have to go unrelinquished.

Despite all this and slogging around Eftelling on no sleep in 30c heat I'm happy enough.
Eindhoven is nice in a chilled out slightly boring type of way. I could easily live here.
Eftelling was amazing, little in the way of fast thrilling rides but the amount of imagination that has gone into that ...

What a productive day! And you are probably the ones who notice it the most.  I was alone in the morning, so I got the laptop and blasted all of the blog entries I either needed to write or hadn't uploaded.  You're welcome.  Around lunch time I went with Hans to the allotment and helped in the garden.  He has lots of things growi there like broccoli (full circle for those who know my broccoli history) and "things that rabbits eat that make you see in the dark" - ...

TE in the Netherlands

... for TE is still the same as having TE as a stand alone subject in the curriculum. They are still mandatory to reach. 98 was the last revision of these attainment targets. There is no national exam for these targets.
16 is the national school leaving age. Most continue on.
Upper secondary 16-18 (several school types 2 year or 3 year options) 18 is considered pre university.
Lower secondary 13-15
Primary 4-12

Upper secondary. A couple of years after ...
