... check it out. This was once the main fortress for London but from the outside really didn't look that impressive. We paid our £20 each and went inside. We were really lucky to catch the last guided tour of the day with a traditional Beefeater who is a Yeomen Warder of her majesty's royal palace. This guy knew his stuff and the tour was really interesting. Some very dark history around ...

Nice chilled day and nice to meet Imogen's grandparents. We stayed at Imogen's parents place and watched a movie. Pretty quiet day but nice all the ...

Imogen threw a tantrum, pretty funny actually. Good ...

The central keep of the castle was on a small hill in the middle of the grounds. It had its own moat around it as well. Upon climbing to the top I realized what a great location this castle would have been in years ago. From this point you could see out into the bay and over to ...

... flavours of vodka which were amazing (although the cocktails were just as good!)

After the vodka bar we headed to a kiwi bar that we had spotted earlier in the day, a bar that was literally called the kiwi bar and had a massive NZ flag. Inside they had lots of NZ photos on the wall and they had a 'North Island' Bar and a 'South Island' Bar which was pretty cool. Shaun did have one complaint though, for a kiwi bar they only had one NZ beer!
