I am told that this is the place most people head to first, they get decked out in hippie rubbish; dreads, baggy hemp trousers that make them look like bloody Prince of Persia… don’t forget the faded T-shirt of Ganesh! ... It seemed a popular place for the locals to eat and sleep. Unable to resist the sirens call for cheap knockoffs, I bought sunglasses to replace ones I just busted and a dress for 11bucks. When I was about to yell "NO, I don't want to buy any freaking DVD’s" at the touts, I knew it was time to conclude my foray into SE Asian shopping.I am off to forage for more street foods.
