      ... views from the southern most part of the African continent. Truly breathtaking. On our way out of the preserve, we witnessed a baboon trying to open the door of a small compact car and the horrified look on the passenger’s face! Again- do not mess with a baboon!

      Our day ended at the Botanical gardens, which are over 100 years old. One could spend a full day here. We definitely packed a lot into an 8 hour tour. ...

      ... you being hit by falling rocks or falling to the sea. To put it into perspective the road sign suggested "use at your own risk" and this was after paying 140 rand (about 8 pounds) for the privilege.

      For me the drive reminded me a lot of home, in fact Cape Town's vibe is like a mash of NZ, Aus, and Greece. So far I am loving it here.

Then we came to a woman's craft project and day care that was created for malnourished kids and their mothers to learn skills etc. Then we drove back into the main city to go to Robben island.
