    ... out to be up a very steep road and well out of town. Google maps can be deceiving! Even the driveway is hard work, and I can confidently predict that our car will need a new clutch soon.

    Compensation is stunning views from our room at the pool deck.

    Fab dinner down at the harbour which is like The Camber docks in Portsmouth but busier, prettier and warmer!

    Hoping the Peak road will be open tomorrow for more breath taking scenery.

    Wow so I've been in Cape Town for 2 days and the word wow is all I can say!! So first day after my longggg journey I arrived got checked in and went to the V&A waterfront. A beautiful place with a buzzing ambience.
