      ... kung pao chicken, beer fish, braised aubergine and a cucumber salad. It was all delicious and really easy to do, good fun as well.

      ... BBQ do-it-yourself restaurants, this time we had beef, chicken and ox-tongue. The ox-tongue was lovely. The next night we joined a dumpling party at the hostel, there were only 4 people at the party (including us) but the dumplings were really tasty and went down well with some beers whilst watching some films. The next morning we got up early and went on a tour with the hostel to the Panda breeding centre (£12 each). We were the first ones ...

      ... tried on the first day, and even there, we had to try two different machines until we could get some money out - whoever knew trying to get money would be so difficult??!! Luckily the supermarket was close to the bank, so we could shop too.

      We had to catch the local bus to Guilin, which is about an hour and a half, and we are now on the train. We finally reach Shanghai tomorrow afternoon at about 3pm, so we're in for the long haul!!!!

      ... just like a cow with horns. He kept staring at me and I really wanted to go pet him but for some reason was scared he would freak out on me so I kept my distance! Then we walked over to the island where the farmers had their buffalo for us to take pictures with and pet so I did that... And we turned around and went back to the main bridge. This time I was brave enough to pet Mr. Buffalo and he licked me too haha! I just love cows so much!!
