... without it but I guess a lot of people will have lots of memories of their time there.
I had thought of going to Raith Rovers game but changed my mind the day before traveling - good job I did - the Raith match was cancelled!
Anyway - enjoyed the game. Ended 2-0 to Alloa who now move into the promotion contention in Scottish League two.
... itself was such a shock. It was like a combination of London and Vienna. Such gorgeous old buildings, I couldn't wait to explore..
..Meet up with some of my friend's mates in the station, aaaand then we end up in the St. James shopping mall thingy for an hour and a half. Now unlike most teenage girls - I. Hate. Shopping. Well at least just going around staring at clothes. Seriously, what is the point? My adventure ...
... phones through to the AA and books a transporter to take me back to take me back to Nottingham (East Leake).
Tow truck 1, turns up at 11:50 to take me on the first leg of the journey home from Fort William to Stirling. This takes approx 3 hours and I get dropped at Stirling service station where I am supposed to be met by the next tow truck. It takes about an hour for the next truck to turn up. Which was arranged for 14:30
... lots and lots of sheep, and the occasional Highland Cow. On our first stop there was actually a Highland Cow named, Hamish, I took a lot of pictures of him, he was really cute. (They'll be up soon) We left, Hamish, and headed further north. We were suppose to go as far as Loch Ness but we were on the only road to get there and a motorcyclist had crashed off the side and was actually killed in the crash. Because of the location of the crash it would take the proper officials quite ...

We were instructed to meet our guide and fellow travelers no later than 7:45am on tour day at the Highland Explorer offices – on the Royal Mile near the Mercat Cross. As we ventured out that morning, I noticed the streets seemed to be much tidier. There were very few people out at 7:20 on a Sunday morning. It was quite peaceful, actually. The weather seemed promising, although I hadn’t seen the forecast. We walked past O’Brien’s, hoping to stop in ...
... were doing - problem is on the second time there the ***** didnt play up - she acted as if there was nothing wrong - I logged on and presto - wonderful things - all browsing was possible. Why you little... So whilst the going was good - I ventured across the road and logged on again - sure enough - no problem. Hmmm. but I did get an errow which was enough to **** me off. So I walked the 20 mins back to the apartmenet ...
Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom masonsineurope... robbing them! I ate a typical Scottish soup called Cullen Skink - a deliciously-filling creamy soup made with haddock and potatoes. I still haven't eaten Haggis, and as adventurous as I am with food, the idea of it really freaks me out! We spent the rest of the night hanging out at a pub in the Grassmarket area, where we had a beer and enjoyed more live local music. Oh - and I finally heard bagpipes in Scotland! Actually, bagpipers line the ...
Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom canadianjulie... ethnic chick, rambling on her fone for ages, which is really ****ing annoying when your voice in whingy and nobody can understand a word of what you're saying. Anyhow, i got to edinburgh, jumped in a cab and got myself to the departure point of the highlands about right on time (phew). Off i went to the highlands, which turned out to be something incredibly goooood.
Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom lockmccleary... Wonderful it was. I think the cheering at the end was due to the fact that THEY WERE FINISHED!! But all that was neither here nor there as I hadn't come to see them. I find their ultimate suckiness quite funny now. Going nowhere fast they are. It was about 10pm when Dirty Pretty Things finally came on, but when they did you could instantly tell the difference between the **** before them and how good they were going to be. Good guitars, drums, beats, it was awesome. They saved their ...
Edinburgh, United Kingdom steph_444... the old timber roof of the bchurch, like the hull of an old ship. The bad part was, that you could also hear everything that went on in ALL the rooms. there was a baby crying in one room, but my favorite was some poor guy vommiting uncontrolably and his worried friends trying to console him. At one point, one of his friends says, "did you just **** yourself?" - "yeah" - "christ, its comming outta both ends!"...yeah, that was entertaining... anyway, the ...
