    ... Pub and had a mint lunch with plenty of carbs. After stuffing our faces, we went to the Klong Plu waterfall, we set off on the 20 minute walk and suddenly the heavens opened and we were dripping, along with everything we were carrying, cameras and all. Oh well, it was our first chance to try out the GoPro, so we carried on and jumped in.

    ... and took the dogs to the beach for the last time and had a lot of fun with them ! Than we had to give them a good shower and wash them as they were really dirty. When we were ready to go for dinner Nena told us that she prepared a Thai barbecue for us, really sweet of them, we still don't know why, maybe because we took out the dogs ??? In each case it was really good, lots of gamba's, meat, vegetables, noodles and soup, really great !! ...

    ... Carrot juice Detox drink Broth soup It's actually quite busy fitting it all in. Time to lie by the pool... Supplements plus flora grow. So while R. Is free , M is quite busy with all this.
