... to watch from day sala. Down to beach restaurant again for happy hour and dinner. I had a couple of cosmopolitans and D had Negronis. ... front row table and it was such a good feel about the place we stayed. As well as a kitchen they also had a BBQ station on the beach with today's catch on offer. We had some tiger prawns which came with some exquisite sauces, and some rice, and I had a prawn salad and D had a fried beef salad. All up about $40 including drinks. Love Thailand. A few beers went down nicely with it, then a stroll along the beach to get home. ...

What a day its been, another 8 hours traveling! High tailed it to Pattaya Beach in a rush to catch the 9:00 ferry to Pak Bara on route to Ko Lanta, and had to endure the bumpiest taxi ride ever! There aren't really any roads on Ko Lipe , just dirt, so my dash from Sunrise Beach to Pattaya was a little bit rough lol, there's only scooters so I was in a side trailer going faster faster! I only had 10 mins, and the bumps sent me bouncing up in the air like a trampoline... ...

... of the islands in the distance so we stopped for some drinks and to sort out our hot helmet hair, and we were off again into the sun. ... restaurants are all low here, none higher than the trees, so it doesn't feel built up. The beach is so spread out it doesn’t feel busy either.
