Wow... I've had such an amazing time in Ko Samui we have been here 8 days which I thought may have been too long but I could easily stay here another few days but we are off to Ko phangnan tomorrow ready for the full moon party on the 14th! The weather has been so good to us, it has been absolutely beautiful! ... low season. Such is the power of consistently good reviews on Trip Advisor. Step forward the NEGOTIATOR in the guise of Franki.

He was whimpering, crying and dancing around. He's so lovely. God it is going to break my heart to leave him. I'm torn. We've fallen in love with him and he with us. We've given him a good life for the time we have been here and i thought I could cope with that. Now we ...

We got up and caught the 9:30 ferry to Koh Samui. This ferry was a lot more stable than the last one and there wasn't a sign of anyone chucking up. We called in via Koh Phangan to let the full moon ravers off. Amazing how many people are travelling with big suitcases - it must be such a pain lugging those around. We docked at Koh Samui band on time and caught a taxi to our lodgings - Your Place Chaweng Beach. Pretty basic beach huts, but right on ...
