All in all this was one of the most challenging and important assignment for the fledgling, but pacesetting Ernesto Tours (ET).

It went a bit like this.

    July 31st

John and Sue fly to Verona from Belfast and stay one night at 37 Stradone Porta Palio (the 'mini Jesus')

An epic love story - Verona.

... all the warm and fuzzy but this place isn't cheesy. Romantic and charming is how the Italian people are. At least if your wanting to visit Venice, do yourself a favour, stay in Verona. The tradition was to write on a band-aid or on the wall itself. From Verona, it was off to Venice!! We took the water taxi over to the ...

... herself an Aussie. Overall our time in Verona was very enjoyable.

Summary of Italy: Italy was a great country, from the food, culture, history and architecture there always seemed to be something to do or see. I personally fell in love with Rome- it is probably the most beautiful city I have ever seen. Our favourite attraction was the colosseum (for Paul) and Vatican City/Sistine chapel (for me)- but in all honestly there were ...
