    ... oppressive rule with creativity, innovation and spirit. Finland is beautiful, both weird and familiar to a Canadian, with lots of vowels, strange food, amazing coastlines, deadpan self-depreciating humour, and above-and-beyond warmth.

    ... the afternoon to go off exploring the city on our own. Louise and I decided to climb Mount Royale. Mount Royale is how the city of Montreal got its name.     We left at 7am and drove to Mont Blanc ski resort. My favourite runs were Yodel, Panda and Suisse. They were all green runs, but Panda and Suisse were a bit harder.
