    ... phone calls, found a dentist and tooth duly repaired. Then to the Post Office, supposedly to collect 2 parcels from Aus., of Boomer spares. No such luck! No parcels! Helpful staff tried lots of options, then "come back tomorrow" and "fill out a complaint form"!!!! Lunch, then looked at the "black" Gothic cathedral of Notre Dame, made of local volcanic rock. Closed for lunch, so could not look inside. Wandered the streets of the Old Town. ...

    ... announcer and went wild as if this were the Olympics. Canada won and Caleb started singing OH Canada as people laughed and cheered. It was really cool and warming to see a group of young men be so kind and open versus the machismo rude stuff I would normally expect.
