... taxis that constantly drive in the middle, sharp curves with edges missing....it is all there. We were lucky that the weather was nice. As soon as we drove down, torrential rain started with water pooling everywhere, I would not want to be up in the mountains with that. If one takes it slow and is very focused, watching out what the oncoming traffic is doing, it is hairy but very manageable. The views are ...
