Cosy it was, but quiet it wasn't. Having been rudely awoken in the early hours of the morning, by what sounded like jet engines, we woke up dazed, later than expected at 9am. With the sounds of the truck cargo swapping mule still ringing in our ears, we had breaky and got on the road, bound for Belgium.

... typical. We made the best of a bad situation, did laundry, sent some post, ate and found a campsite. That night we setteled down to plan a better route across Luxembourg and Germany to avoid the frustrations of the last few days, whilst doing so we found beer cures somber down beat moods and came up with out new motto... when in (X) where X is replaced by the country we are in, this allows us to justify any amount of alcohol.
After such a frustrating day we got off to a poor start. Rain had started to lash down, we waited it out from the warmth of our tents. were back visiting our friend Savino at Pasta Divina. Tonight I had Ragu with
Amori pasta. Carolyn had mussels with spaghetti. Neither of us left a single
morsel on our plate. One last stroll around the Grand Place and it was
time to head back to the hotel to pack one last time. Wake up call tomorrow is
at 5:15 am. We can't believe that 17 days have passed so quickly.
