Those damn crows in the morning! It's either pigeons or crows in the UK. You can tune out to the pigeons but not the crows quite so easily. We wandered over the hill for a walk to Lulworth Cove which was a lovely spot. More incredible coastline, part of the Jurassic Coast dating back 185 million years. Keith made me a lovely omelette for breakfast. They also made toast from their home-made bread with their rhubarb and ginger jam. Keith and Bridget were great hosts and there was plenty of chat over breakfast. I did not leave until 9.45 as I thought it would be a shorter day. ... and its got a lovely seaview. There is a beach river which kids can take a dinghy down to the sea whilst adults enjoy the view which extends around the coast to show a little island just down the coast.


If you need refreshments go to the Wave bar which serves local fish specialities and does take away.

I would write more, but I spent more time enjoying the sudden sunshine than I did exploring- and so should you! Go and explore!

... straight on board, the Britannia this time. The usual hug quality cabin, complementary drinks and then an hour in the bar enjoying a lager or two.
