Beginning the adventure!
... with an option to extend it for a second depending on the kind of work I do when I get there, probably fruit picking, and if I don't miss home to much haha.
So yeah, thats it really i'll try and update this as much as possible when i'm away so everyone can see just how much fun i'm having!
p.s If anyone has any suggestions about places/things they feel I really can't miss while i'm away let me know!

A Work in Progress
A very miserable sort of wet and soggy day. Feeling stiff in the legs today after my bout at the gym yesterday so walked down into Rawtenstall to the library and then onto Roger's workshop behind the veterinary practice I used to own. Took some photo's of whats been going on there - Stephen and Roger worked late into the night last night getting all the welding of the frame done. Roger is down there today getting rid of rust etc , then is going to paint before ...

All in all about 25 days worth or more of continuous stories - or over 600 hours or over 3 hours a day listening material for the 6 months that we'll be away!!! Plus the 10 days or 240 hours of music - another 1.5 hours a days worth to listen to.

... I had to do a specimen signature - they were surprised how similar it was to the one they had on file from when I set up the account. That's what comes from all the practice I have had over the years signing vaccination cards by the thousands. I've always said that should I become famous my autograph would never be worth that much as most people in Rossendale Valley that have had a pet over the years is likely to have a vaccination card ...
