Well oxford won today. Felt that the 6 hour drive to bath wa too much travel. We loved Oxfotd beautiful town as most of you know. We did the clever thing and did their park and ride.Dont know if this is new but you park 20 mins out of the city pay 2 to park all day then catch a bus they come all the time fare 4.50 return then you get droped in city centre. After breakfast and a chat with an oz couple who were walking the costwold. (lb take note) we headed off to Warwick. Do not attempt this area without a GPS. Be warned. Or GPS saved us so many times! Warwick castle for a few hours. Got mum a wheelchair so that was better for all. Great plce. Once again learnt so much. I will be so smart when I return...if I can remember it all..
