I was so hot but so groggy, and all I wanted to do was get out of the campervan but I couldn't get my body to move. It was probably the worst sleep we had in the campervan the entire 3 weeks. ... was strapping me up and pulling me towards the plane. There was no backing out now. Rising up to the fluffy clouds and chatting to my instructor as he strapped all his clips to my own, did not do anything for my nerves. We were climbing higher and higher, as was my heart rate. I felt sick and just wanted to get back down to the safety of the earth. Why did I ever think this would be a good idea? To make matters worse, out of all the people doing a jump in my plane, I was the one ...

Day 135: Last Day in Byron Bay

A travel blog entry by mfln31 on May 16, 2014

Unfortunately the weather was more miss than hit again today but we still made the best of it with some time by the pool and in the hot tub.
