... the open nature of the people and also gives homes a feeling of more space, which is not in huge supply. Related to space, I can't not mention stairs. The lack of space generally means the stairs need to take up as little as possible. The stairs at the B&B were many and steep. Cees is able to juggle cases, laundry and all goods imaginable up and down those stairs, a skill I wish I had, would love to stay longer and get that balance. Tot ziens for ...

... I expected it to be a lot more sleazy and to feel alot more uncomfortable, but it was full of regular folk like us. ... a film we caught the ferry back to Amsterdam central, which is free by the way, and ventured to the next cinema. The only film showing was prisoner with Hugh Jackman. None of us had seen any previews and didn't know what it was about so we decided to watch it.
