... up here I can see the road and railway over the pass I travelled yesterday. I watched a train winding its way down the pass at extremely slow pace. It looked like a tiny snake in the grass from up here. Looking across the mountains towards the east where I was going to be heading next did not look promising at all. Sondrio, Tirano and the Bernina Express
