Due to the price of the water taxis and timing we never did get to explore the island, I was okay with that. Its main draw is for parties and the rich and famous - it really seemed quite similar to other Croatian cities on the coast.

The envy of everyone yet again - Balazs didnt dissapoint; whipping up some fully loaded scrambled eggs complete w caramelised onions and more. This morning meant recovery, ...

      Day 25 Thursday Dubrovnik

A travel blog entry by suepaine on Sep 19, 2013

Buffed breakfast on the balcony in the hotel restaurant over looking the sea at 8pm. Caught the local number 6 bus near the hotel into Dubrovnik at 9.30am where we did a red umbrella tour around the old town. Started to rain half way through the tour so we all donned on our trusty or not so trusty ponchos we bought on the isle of Capri. Tour was excellent giving a very brief but fascinating overview of the history of Dubrovnik, once again can't believe the amount of times ...
