... we were riding, the "highlighted" route and the map didn't coincide at all! Nor did the route instructions! Bumbled our way somehow to the village of Osek, stopped for lunch. PM - Away we headed east towards Castle Helfstyn, route looked straight forward but no, a new cycle path then appeared, more Route 5 signs (not on map), aaaagh! Turned back again, made a calculated guess and yes, found our route in the village of Tyn nad Becvou. Stopped for a cold ...

... were the same! But it filled us up, went for a walk around the old town walls, pretty impressive. Then we heard what sounded like Blues music coming from one of the town squares, investigated and sure enough, there was a 5 piece Blues band outside a cafe belting out some really good Blues in English. ... as Petr speaks; a trip to Prague this weekend made for a BUSY two days. I am still lagging. Prague is definitely a city that I would like to return to. A tourist needs more than a day and a half to explore all she has to offer. A week or maybe even two would be better.

I will post more and upload some photos from this week, the show, and Prague tomorrow sometime. I just wanted to post a quick update before I began to prepare for the show. Wish me luck!

... Ortonovo Namesti!"

I walked 20 meters. Stopped. I looked at my watch. With only have 5 more mins before the pick-up bus leaves and the potential to be stuck here in Prague, I turned on my heels. My guesstimate is the hostel should be no more than 5 mins drive away. I was happy to pay 10Euros if I had to.

"Can you take me to the Hostel Plus Prague please?"
"100 kroner."

One, cabbie obviously knew where it was, and I don't care if he's overcharging. ...
