... as well, certainly much less hot flushes than when I've tried before now I'm not eating much carbohydrates, but as in the past, the fluctuation in hormone levels has an effect on my 'prickleyness' - even less of a short fuse than normal....... Still sticking at it, although not filled in the blog for quite a while.
Since starting have stuck religiously to three meals and day with no snacks, Surprisingly easy. Been doing lots of reading and watching relevant youtube videos.
Have made coconut bread - looks incredibly small - about 2 inches high at the most when cooked, but enough for 4 days - 20 slices in total, 4 per day for Sue, 1 per day for Roger.
