... This person died in battle and there was a band marching through and Army soldiers with them. After them Army men on horses came. It was pretty cool to see unravel. After that whole ceremony we where still waiting to go through. We decided to have a walk, as we weren’t going anywhere. When we where about 15 meters away from the bus, of course it was let through.

It's AKA The Windy City, not because of the weather, but because 11 years after the fire the city was that keen to show the world that it had recovered by hosting the World Fair, that the politicians from Chicago created a lot of wind arguing and stating their case.
