... hot and sweaty and even after 2 months in SE Asia already, my body still is not used to the suffocating heat. Now the picture I have painted of Georgetown is not the only face of the place; drugs, prostitutes and crime are rife here. That night we ate at a restaurant on the beach, then headed down to a beach bar where little mats and tables ...

... says. Good food and we even get to scribble on his travellers wall this time.
After much debate we decide to spend our last few nights in Asia in Langkawi, a large tropical island off the north coast of Malaysia, so close to Thailand you can see it! So on our last day we are up early and heading to the jetty.........we hang around for a long time with a lot of other tourists waiting for our ferry and a slightly choppy 3 hours later we arrive in Langkawi for a few much loved beach days. ...
