... finished packing, then made my toga. Once I was
dressed I started heading down to the party. On the way I stopped off
in some of the other rooms for some pre drinks. Once I got to the
today party, I purchased some drinks and thee good time began. There
was lots of dancing and a few people fell into the pool during the
night. After having a few more drinks, I sat and talked with some of

... drunker, people were dancing on thee tables. I finished my own bottle
of drink and then went to get some more. I got a beer and some
Balaclava. The I danced on the table with the US girls. I also took a
few pictures of the afternoon. It was a great time at the beach. At
9.30pm we headed back to the bus and caught it back to the resort.
Here we hung around the pool and had a few more drinks until midnight
and then I went to bed. Overall a great day.

... it peaked at 37 knots, not good in the Med where the seas get really grumpy even at 20 knots. However we found ourselves a spot in the so called marina and after a couple of false starts got ourselves into a well protected spot. We decide we are not moving until we have sun and fair winds from a good place.

John decides to hire a car and over the next couple of days we all unwind.

Bad idea..........should have stuck with the plan. We were told if it's windy on the northside it's even windier on the southside. It's like sailing in the Marlborough Sounds. The islands can be very high and the gusts just accelerate over them. So the lee side becomes the worst place to be.
