... over and made sure everything was safe. For the first time on this trip I decided to refill the chain oiler, a quick 5 minute job. Everything else was fine and ready for the days journey. With the boxes packed and loaded I paid my hotel bill and headed off along the streets of Budva. After strolling the town for a while we came across a beautiful wall of bouganvilleas in a more original part of the town that saw much less tourist traffic, and then continued to the main square to climb the bell tower and have a look out over the town. It was a very interesting climb, ...

... but it's a great place. On my third night I went for a few drinks with some people I'd met in the hostel - started to feel like a properr backpacker! We bought beers and went to sit on some rocks in a fairly quiet part of town to watch the sun go down - possibly the highlight of my time in Split was this sunset, simply beautiful. Then on my last night I ended up chatting to some Australians in my dorm (also there are Aussies everywhere, they love Europe) and we went ...
