... I quickly realized I didn't want to lug around that heavy extra bag so I just left it to be found at the edge of a parking lot.
I walked across the boarder and just at the outside gate I asked where to get the tourist visa. Fortunately I did because it was inside the entry hidden away. Before crossing the border, we travelled south from Edmonton December 27 to Mesa, Arizona. It was a stormy, cold trip and we were glad to finally arrive in Las Vegas where we washed salt from our rig and stocked it with food.  We spent a week camped next to Larry's brother Rene and wife Donna park model in Silveridge RV park in Mesa, Arizona. We had a ...

Stinken 39 degrees things were definitely heating up and we were becoming to realise that the dessert during summer is not the best idea.

Getting closer to Grand Canyon which is exciting. Took a walk down to the river and to check out the view, shopped a little before buying an ice-cream to settle down before getting back on the bus.
