... already know all the best spots!

We plan to visit Edinburgh before going onto London. As my husband is of Scottish heritage. I need MUCH advice on getting around Edinburg, Scotland without driving ourselve. We only have a few days before we head down to London so we would like to maximize our time there without being frantic

... without it but I guess a lot of people will have lots of memories of their time there.
I had thought of going to Raith Rovers game but changed my mind the day before traveling - good job I did - the Raith match was cancelled!

Anyway - enjoyed the game. Ended 2-0 to Alloa who now move into the promotion contention in Scottish League two.

... sundown we mosied off to the cinema to watch New Moon [murdering the adventurer in me once again..] which was.. *shudders* then just had a nice chillout in the train station until it was time to leave. My friends on the bus back, and me with the new friends on the warm train.

Nothing amazingly special, but it was a great day. And our new mates are coming over tomorrow for some more fun times! Gotta love travel. :)

On our walk to the party bus we noticed another part of the campsite off in the distance we had completely missed before. We ventured into the unkown and found a red bull party. It was a DJ with some red bull signs and heaps of people. We danced there with the crazy Scott’s in their crazy costumes, with glow stick galore, plenty of Michael Jackson and beer ...

... The Royal Mile to the left has churches, shops, and absolutely everything. We are in the heart of the action.

Our hotel is charming. I think it is fun, Lacey agrees. ... House of Fraser bought it in 2005. We managed to outlast the rain and when we emerged it was overcast but at least it was dry. ... walking home, with sore aching feet! The next morning, Nikki and I headed off in search of greasy lunch at a pub near the castle. Nikki happened to mention it looking different from the night before with all the fireworks. "Fireworks? What fireworks? I don't recall seeing fireworks." "Yeah at midnight, when you were kissing that guy?" She answered. "Guy? What Guy?" I said. Not recalling either the kiss or the fireworks, I thought that obviously the kiss was not that spectacular either!
