    ... stairmaster (ask Jacq, it's her least favorite workout machine) amongst the lush vegetation and heavy fog. The top was a great view of Cape Town, and as expected, flat. We also had some excellent, cheap Indian food and big group dinner. We capped of the night dancing to a pretty good dj with a strange crowd.

    Our group departed the next day for Amurica and we were met by our friends Grant and Yulande.....more to come!!!
