43 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

We drove back to Chengdu after a rainy and foggy hike up Mt Emei - although seeing the monkeys stealing food up close and personal was a treat.












We stay in Chengdu just for the night then off to Chongqing for our Yangzte River Cruise the next morning. ...

Day 2 in Chengdu is off to visit the largest buddha in the world - there was a bigger one in Afganistan but guess what it is not there anymore.

... the accident when the other driver started yelling loudly shaking his fist and our driver was screaming back. Then all of a sudden our driver stepped on the gas and burned rubber and the van driver started going and our cab pulled out right in front of the van cutting him off he just missed slamming in to us by a millisecond.
