... A quite incredible school really couldn't be further from where i was before! 10000 pupils and just epic in scale in everyway. Training looked good and i wouldn't have even had to get up until 8:30 am every morning! Easy! Had the usual language difficulties but without further ado went up to reception to ask how much it would cost to train. This was quite a long drawn out process but the simple answer is too much (worked out over 450 pounds for a month) For a shared room too so ...
Dengfeng, Henan, China kungfudave29Today, early in the morning, we went to Keifungfu, the place where the famous mayor of Sung Dynasty, Baozheng, was working. Firstly, there was a show in front of Keifungfu; the show was talking about the daily work about Baozheng. Inside Keifungfu, there were a lot of people there. Many of them wanted to know more about the daily life ...
Keifung, Henan, China samleung... them that they could insist their living style and not affected by the improving society. At the afternoon, we had free time to go shopping or sightseeing. Our group went to visit the big shopping mall. We saw a cinema there and that just similar to those in Hong Kong. Also, we went to the supermarket to buy some special product of Henan. When we across the road, it was very terrible. The car ...
Dengfeng, China yingyingkhalil... We didn't have hot water and unluckily, this was the night that started to become cold. Only like 3 of our rooms had hot water and almost all of the 30 of us were waiting on one floor. It was a bit funny. Also, there was no lift in the building so we had to carry our luggage upstairs. I was exhausted after that kungfu training. But some of them had to carry theirs to the 4th floor.
Dengfeng, Henan, China donnittaaWe were kind of excited since we were going to the Xiao Lin Monastery(ÉÙÁÖËÂ). The coach got past farmlands growing rapes. The farmlands were in yellow and it was really beautiful. We seldom have a chance to get close to the nature in Hong Kong since she is a hustling cosmopolitan city, being a financial centre in Asia. We cannot afford the time to stay close with our mother nature. What a pity! We arrived at the Xiao Lin Monastery at around 09.30 and we met the ...
Dengfeng, Henan, China kwangelinaThis day we went to visit "shăo lín" temple and the "shào lín sì tă gōu wŭ shù xué xiào". We watched a gong fu show and visited different part of the temple. Dengfeng, China yingyingkhalil... the mountain gSungh as the first destination. This was my favourite destination as it shows the tremendous momentum of the mountain. The trees were great and the construction was powerful. That was a huge place full of historical feeling. It was the place just could not be described by the words easily. This was the place that I loved most. After travelling two spot and having communicated with the local people, we finally came to our staying place ...
Dengfeng, Henan, China louisyu12518/3 The forth day, we only spent half day in Kai Fung. We went to Kai Feng Fu. It was the theme park that for Bao Gong. The program there were quite funny but I think the drama was too short. I suppose it would be longer. Then, we went to Zhong Yun Temple. It ...
Dengfeng, Henan, China syllabus... we always praised her cooking skill. After lunch, we had been to Chu Sian Cheng where is one of the famous old town. Although it was famous, it was not crowded in the street. We went to Yun Fei Temple Yun Fei, who was a hero in many years ago, was killed by five crafty people. After his death, the people just built a temple to memories him and it was funny that there were five statuses of those crafty, for ...
Kaifeng, Henan, China syllabus... a little ill. I was expecting more of the same hot cramped sleeper train ride - but it turned out to not being so bad. I had the middle bunk think time which benefited me and the window was cracked open so I had a breeze on me which made a bit off difference i am sure. Though the cans of beer on the train must have helped me sleep as well i guess ^^. So it was goodbye to Luoyang and hello to Yichang and the Yangze river Cruise through the Three Gorges!
