... right hospital, but we had picked the biggest which seemed a reasonable assumption. It turns out the hospital is the 3rd largest in China. Which goes some way to helping convey how it felt like to enter A&E department. ... if you need to send the candidate after 10min back home, knowing that some of them traveled more than 1000km to be interviewed. YES, here in China people are still prepared to leave family behind to find a job.

It was a true experience and again a learning moment in my live.
We successfully shortlisted about 400 candidates, who are just about to meet the target pool to cover the Blue Collar recruitment needs of 2013.
