Welcome to the forums Lorna!

How long are you going for?

I did a six month RTW with my husband - you will have a totally awesome time!! South East Asia is fantastic (so is Kenya too).

Only a few months till you go! Brilliant party.gif

I'm counting down till my next big one now - although it's quite a way off frantics.gif

Hi

I'm not sure how long i'll be gone for. I've quit my job back home and finish this week so I have 5 weeks to sort everything out and spend time with my friends and family. I'm looking at 12 months + in Oz alone so I may be gone a couple of years - i'm just going to see where the wind blows me jump.gif .

I've been to Kenya before so i'm really excited to go back. From South Africa i'm heading through Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, Zanzibar, Tanzania, and Uganda before heading back to Kenya. My flight to Bangkok is on the 15th December but after that all my flights can be changed within a 3 year period as I've booked single fares rather than a RTW ticket.

What were your highlights from South East Asia? I'd love to hear any recommendations you have for places to see/things to do. When are you planning your next trip for and where to?

Hiya

Thats sounds fantastic, sounds like an amazing trip! hyper.gif party.gif hyper.gif

Single fares is defintely the way to do it, that is what I'll be doing next time, although I did have a RTW ticket last time.

There are just so many wonderful things to see in SEA, it'd be hard to single out any one thing. What are your interests? What sort of thing do you enjoy doing?

I've got several European trips planned at the mo, but my next big one won't be till Dec 2014, so a looooong way off!!! I've already got ideas of where I want to go though - there will defo be a lot more exploring of India, then probably Sri Lanka, then Laos, Vietnam, Phillipines, Indonesia, possibly more of Thailand and Cambodia as well dance.gif

Only one more month to go for you jump.gif
