I am traveling to Venice in November and am wondering if there are any recent (2010) reviews of Bonvecchiati Hotel or Rialto Hotel. The other one I am consdiering is HOtel Mercurio, a family run hotel that is a 2-star? thank you for your help -

MIxed reviews on epoquehotels.com mostly from tripadvisor from Aug'10

Rialto Hotel Opinion was mostly negative about the staff and breakfast. Booking.com again

HOtel Mercurio Most recent reviews ate not favorable including bed bugs

Your first choice seems to have the best reviews.

Thank you. Has anyone heard of Hotel Portico or Albergo Guerrato?

Hotel Portico appears to be a guest house. Booking.com had best prices People on Venre seemed to like it as did one person who reviewed on tripadvisor

Albergo Guerrato is a pension too Peope seem to like it but it not a hotel with the services as such.
