Hey, nice one! Good article! The only thing I do tend to bring that you suggested not to is , well, not hiking boots, but sturdy walking shoes, but then, we tend to do alot of nature walks, hikes etc and find it's easier to bring my own. That being said, i also pack pretty light so don't find them too annoying to take along Hope all's well on your 2nd RTW! Look forward to reading more articles Take care. may The Force be with you.....

QUOTE(stevejames @ Jul 16 2008, 04:14 AM) Yep Rich, settling in South Korea for a while I think. Need to hide out from a mob of dreadlocked guitar-carrying travellers that is hunting me Thanks for the mention in the Travelpod News, Starlagurl. I'll get my thinking cap on and try to put together another "talking point" article or two in the next month or so. I'll ping them your way and if they're up to scratch perhaps you would consider featuring one again? cheerios! South Korea, I've heard is beautiful, I know a few people who have taught English there... I cry a little inside, every time I get a postcard from my friend Sandra, who is there right now... haha No problem, Steve. I'd love it if you want to post articles on the TravelPod blog. Just let me know and I'll set you up with an account. That goes for anybody else who wants to write travel-related articles, too.
