I am planning to travel to rwanda (by road) from Mzuzu via Mbeya-iringa-dodoma- singida-Igunga-kahama-kigali, and want to know the total distance (by road) and the condition of the road and places to stay (accomadation ranging from $100 - $150 per night) will appreciate if i can get all the relevant details in detail, with pictures if possible.

Wow, that sounds like quite an adventure. From the sounds of the questions, you are talking about traveling by private vehicle instead of bus, is this right? I will ask around and see what I can find out about the roads. I know that there has been some road renovation, so it will be easier now than even a year ago, so I will try to find the most current information. I will also ask around about the safety of such a trip. As far a budget, you would have a hard time finding a place to sleep for as expensive as $100 along that route. I hope that there is someone out there on the forum that can offer some help.
