Do you mean Lavento above cinque terre? There are trains from Levanto to La Spezia. Then take a train to Rome. Some are direct and some require you to change in Florence or Pisa. The most direct is about 4+ hours. They seem to run every 2-3 hours to Rome. Check http://www.trenitalia.com Goodluck
