Wow, I feel bad, I don't know who half these people are!

At the moment, I realllllly love Bloc Party... most of their last album, The Twang, and also Three Doors Down - Kryptonite is now my most played song on iTunes since I keep putting it on repeat biggrin.gif

I reallllllllly need to update my music tho, I'm sure I'm so out of the loop.

funny thing is most people dont have any clue as to who i am listening too aside from maybe a few. I dont listen to radio (which my friends think is weird) and im not that into commercial music i guess you could say im more into "underground" "indie" "non commercial aka non successful" music - i just find they are the artists with actual talent bahahahaha
although i do love Apologize remix featuring Alvin and the Chipmunks which is the closest ive come to commercial music in awhile laugh.gif

p.s i love Bloc Party biggrin.gif

I don't have nay idea who they are either! Then again I don't even get to listen to the radio, unless its for 5 mins on the way to base in the car! I mean I do have an ipod and Mike put loads of stuff on there, but its stuff we already had!
I like the song from the series Rescue Me, called C'mon C'mon by the Von Bondies! Such a cool song!
My all time fave group is Red Hot Chili Peppers, when the guiys were asked how they make up their songs, they baically just throw them together, and for some reason they end up seeming like they have a meaning! And I won't have any sarccy comments about the fact they do seem like they are really thrown together, its personal taste, I thank you!
Plus I also like 3DoorsDown, Manic Street Preachers, Coldplay, Nickelback etc. etc. May be a little bit of Snow Patrol too!

i like my "discoveries" and i stumbled across an article on Gin Wigmore and i continued reading due to the reference made with Gin and Amy Winehouse and Duffy (2 of whom i love! Duffy more so) so my curiousity got the better of me and turns out im lovin Gin hehe that sounds funny.

Although Gin could fall under the same umbrella as the "apparent" "New Amy's" (in reference to Duffy, Adele and Gabriella Cilmi who have similiarities to Amy Winehouse) Gin is....different, mind you i think all 3 "New Amy's" are actually better than Winehouse herself but thats just my opinion.
Gin Wigmore is a New Zealander who now resides in Sydney and is currently gig'n around town so i hope to catch her live. I got her song "Under my Skin" and its catchy as!
if you like any of the abovementioned artists you are bound to like Gin

I liked Bon Jovi in the 80s. His new stuff doesn't really appeal to me, save for a few songs.

I know what you mean - I got the latest album a few months back and they've gone almost country!!! I've got nothing against country music - I quite like some of it, BUT you don't expect to listen to Bon Jovi and hear country. It'd be okay I guess if it suited them - but for me it doesn't work at all!!

Rockferry is a great album. I love that song!!! Even when it's sung by Rod Stewart!!!
