Hi everyone,

Is there anyone out there who would like to take on the job of Thailand "expert"?

I seem to have fallen into this job over the last couple of years or so and have enjoyed it as I hope it has helped some people have a better trip to Thailand and I also hope it has helped tourism in Thailand be a more positive thing for the people and environment here as well as for visitors.

What are the job requirements? Please ask Starlagurl.

Why am I leaving?
My other work requirements have steadily increased and increased to the current level where I seem to be working every day; have no time for exercise, hobbies, travel and limited time for my family - so I need to start cutting some tasks.
This one is fun and it doesn't take much time - but it is one of the few I can think of that I can cut.

So, we'll need a new Thailand person - you?

Hopefully I will still be around the forums a bit, but much less so.

See ya

Paul

Oh, that's too bad, but completely understandable.

We'll definitely miss you as our Thailand expert! You've done such a wonderful job and you have instilled an extra layer of awareness and respect in us for the people and the environment from all of the information you've given us.

Thanks so much for all of your hard work Paul smile.gif

Oh dear, such a shame! May be Thellie can do it now then instead? I might be able to take over when I have done my stint, but not yet! If I think I am knowledgable enogh by then! But I suppose someone who lives there would be better!

I'm too conservative, and not very PC.

You've still got some really helpful things to say though, thellie, even though you don't have a special status on your profile
