Nominate me as a Local Expert
Hi! My boyfriend and I have planned a trip to the Northern Coastal area and to the Bay Islands at the end of June for 2 weeks. How has the recent hurricane and sink hole in Guatemala affected these areas? I've read that Honduras has declared a state of natural disaster. Is this the media overdramatizing or should we look to reschedule our vacation?

Any information on what it is really like over there or any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
