Hello All-

I am somewhat in a tough situation, wondering if anybody can help me. I am traveling to Geneva, Switzerland and will be staying there for 2 months (july and august). Of course I will travel around the area to various countries. I am a student, who is working, and I cannot afford hotels there. I am looking for a place to stay. I have checked many listings on glocals and craiglist, even some foyer listings - cannot find a place to stay. Has anybody stayed in Geneva while traveling (on a budget)?

If so - any recommendations for a place to stay? A foyer? A hostel? Or renting out a room? I am OK with renting a room or sharing an apartment while traveling around the area.

Maybe you should check out couchsurfing!

You COULD try Couchsurfing, but you'd probably have to surf around a LOT. Usually people don't like it if you stay longer than a couple of days.
