Hi ,
Just replying to greekcypriot's interesting post about the least visited places in the UK.

I cannot comment on Bradford or any of the others in the list, because... um... ahem... well I have not visited them and I'm British smile.gif

However DundeeDundee Coucil Website, in Scotland I have many times!

I have deep family roots from this area so know it fairly well. It's going somewhat a revival with it's attractive waterside Dundee Waterfront and shopping centre hub. You can get it to it fairly easily by rail or road and see along the River Tay running to Dundee. Dolphins have been seen there, I haven't myself but could be worth a try when you go See Dophins in River Tay, Dundee.

I would recommend visiting here on your way to other places in Scotland, it's only about 1 hour from Edinburgh by train. Try and go to the farmers market to meet local people and try local produce, then head to some of the amazing scenery of what Scotland has to offer.

Hope this helps travellers off to Scotland soon!

I wonder, if Bradford in Yorkshire is really the city that travellers least want to visit.

A city that houses the National Media Museum, which is considered to be the most visited museum outside London and host to the nationally acclaimed Bradford Film Festival, which has recently been designated as Unesco City of Film, and the only city in the world to achieve this designation.

Is it as ugly, boring and dangerous as they want to name it?
What do British members or members of TravelPod who visited this city really think of this place?
According to the survey, these were the least visited towns and cities in the UK:

1. Bradford
2. Wakefield If you don't agree with this list, post some photos from these
3. Dundee cities and tell us why you disagree and show us their secret
4. Sunderland beauty. I think it would be quite interesting!!!
5. Newport
6. St David's
7. Wells
8. Ely
9. Ripon
10. Lichfield
