Hi, we're doing a Baltic cruise later in the year and have found that the ship is anchoring at Nynashamn and not in the city.

Apart from the fact that we'll then have to tender into shore, we've read that there is only a train into central Stockholm and buses.

Hoping that someone give me details of a car company/taxi company etc that could get us in and out of Nynashamn to central Stockholm so that we can maximise our time there? Also, any idea what this kind of travel would cost

The ship is offering transfers by bus that will take us. Cost for this is (I think) USD59pp each way. Train is wayyyyyyyyyy less I know but just want to see as much as possible and waiting on stations just seems like wasting time.

There are direct buses to the city central that are connected with the ferries, so you won't have to sit and wait for it.

It takes one hour and 15 minutes to get into the city terminal, and since the buses are both connected and don't stop anywhere on the way I doubt it would take any longer than a taxi.
Taxis are really expensive in Sweden so I really wouldn't recommend it.

The tickets can be purchased along with the boat tickets, and cost 90 SEK one way.
