I'm going to Italy this summer... again)) But this time I'll travel in the South.
Last year we drove from Sud De France to the north part of this amazing country.
Now this time I'm thinking of starting from Sicily, then I want to take a ship, get off it somewhere near Napoli (or maybe other place, what would you recommend?) and then travel by car.
The main cities I want to visit are Palermo, Napoli and Pompei. But I know Italy, every little town is a wonder)) So I would like to hear some pieces of advice from people who know well this route. Can you recommend me some interesting towns or villages to visit in Sicily and South of Italy?
Does anyone know if there are any interesting activities there, maybe festivals taking place this summer?

Thanks for help in advance))
