I'd like to know if somebody has done any voluntary work in Bolivia and about their experiences (name of association, minimum time required, costs.. etc)

Between Cochabamba and santa Cruz is a very well organized and respected wild life refuge where you can work with monkeys parrots and big cats.
It will cost you $7 a day for room and board. There are trekkers there from all over the world, and they really enjoy it. Google it, they have a nice web site. It is located in Villa Rica, bolivia.
