i am from thessaloniki, greece, and i have planned a trip to apolda during summer. Which is the best way to get there? Via Tegel/ Berlin airport? And then is there a train to apolda or any other transport means? Thanks in advance!!

I am not sure what the cheapest connections are from Greece, but Frankfurt is actually closer to Apolda by train than Berlin, and is used by a lot of airlines. Either way you will have to change trains and take a bus to get to Apolda.

An airport that a lot of the discount airlines like is Karlsruhe. This is a bit further than Frankfurt but maybe for you it is worth the price difference.

You can look at the rail and bus schedules at www.db.de. The site is available in English, and you can get an idea of how long traveling will take.

for the girl that want travel to berlin, i thing that the best way is enter airport because is most fast and easy..
